How to Get Started

From quote to closing, a dedicated team of seasoned professionals ensure a smooth efficient closing.

1.   Complete online loan request form or call 818-657-2205

2.   The most important document you can give us is the operating history (income and expense) of the subject property, as well as the current Rent Roll.  This will help us pre-qualify the income stream.

3.   After review of the operating history, we can provide a preliminary quote.

4.   Letter of Interest (LOI) is issued.

An LOI or conditional approval is issued after receipt of the outstanding diligence request at time of quote.  The LOI will provide detailed information about the rate, terms, costs and conditions of the loan.  You can accept the offer or reject…there is no cost or obligation up until this point.

5.   Start the underwriting process.

Once you execute the LOI and submit the expense deposit required to process your loan (cover appraisal and inspection costs), you loan will be transitioned into underwriting.  At this point third party reports are ordered.  An outstanding due diligence checklist will be provided.  Once third party reports are received we finalize underwriting and issue a firm commitment.

6.   Close

Our goal is to close within 45 – 60 days from the time we receive the LOI and expense deposit.
